Refund policy

At Maui Fruit Jewels. we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you have received a damaged or defective order, please contact us with your order number within 30 days of its delivery to initiate a refund or exchange request. 

To help us process your request quickly, we require the following:

- Your Order Number

- Proof of Damage: Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Please email your order number and photos directly to info@mauiepicure.com. Within five business days of hearing from you, we will review your request and notify you if your refund or exchange has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you are not responsible for the return shipping costs. If a physical return of the damaged item is required, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email at no cost to you. Do not mail items back to us without receiving confirmation and a label from our team first.

Restocking Fees
Because we do not accept standard, change-of-mind returns and only replace or refund verified damaged or defective goods, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Processing Your Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that your banking institution or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the transaction to your account.

Cancellations and Digital Goods
Order Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they enter the fulfillment and shipping stage. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Digital Products (Gift Cards): All digital gift cards issued or purchased on our website are final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned, canceled, refunded, or exchanged for cash once the digital card or redemption code has been delivered via email.
