Refunds & Exchanges
We take great pride in the quality of our products. In the event you've received an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To submit a request for a return or exchange, please contact us using the Contact Us tab on the left side of the home page, and be sure to include your purchase order #. We may request that you send us further details including photos of the item(s) you ordered from us. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request, upon receipt of your request and any additional material we requested, if any, within 5 business days.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping and handling fees are generally non-refundable, except under special circumstances.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To submit an exchange request, please use the Contact Us tab on the left side of the home page, and we will provide you with instructions for replacing the item. Please be sure to include the Purchase Order # in your exchange request. You may be required to pay for the shipping fees, depending on the reason for the exchange request.
