We named our wine collection after the longest running food and wine festival in the US—Maui's annual Kapalua Wine and Food Festival. Our Kapalua Collection contains flavors made from four prized local wines, along with one chablis-based flavor infused with locally-grown lavender:
Over 50% (by weight) of the ingredients are wines. No added food color or flavoring.
Ingredients: Locally-Brewed Red Wine, Sweet Pineapple Wine, Sparkling Rose Wine, and Lavender-infused White Wine, Organic Cane Sugar, Glucose, Pectin, Water, Citric Acid.
Shelf Life: 12 months
Storage: Store at room temperature (60º fahrenheit), avoid direct sunlight.
